Key Accountabilities
Proactively ensure initiatives in the OPI database for the site and monitor KPIs for each site.Assist site leaders in identifying and delivering cross functional cost reduction initiatives, often leading improvement-focused teams.Monitor and communicate progress of KPIs associated with OPI.Assist site leadership in engagement of all employees to sustain continuous improvement, identify and reduce waste.Coordinate and drive gross margin improvement opportunities with each site.Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
BS or BA in Engineering or Business equivalent requiredLeadership skills to include strong mentoring, training and coaching skills.Must be a superior communicator with small and large groups of varying seniority across multiple organizations.Ability to drive and influence the organizationExperience in power g...
