1. Monitoring & Review & Validation

• Monitor all outstanding items performed via reconciliation performed by L1 & L2 to ensure timely escalation and resolution support.
• Consolidate and verify inputs on open items and progress before reporting.
• Perform monthly reviews of unreconciled GL balances and validate reconciliation submissions from L1 & L2 teams for escalation and resolution to HODs and MYMC.
• Review reconciliation reports and assess the quality and effectiveness of issue resolution.

2. Dashboard Preparation & submission to Cosec

• Prepare monthly MYMC dashboard with OA/OL balance analysis and key insights
• Analyse and consolidate unnatural balances, including clear commentary on red items
