About the role
As the Director of Process & Operational Excellence (IMPACT = Innovation Management, Process excellence And Continuous Transformation team), you will be accountable for leading enterprise-wide transformation through deployment of Continuous Improvement, IMPACT methodologies, and digital enablement across GBS and beyond.
