The Director, Global Technical Accounting & Reporting will own and set the company’s global technical accounting strategy and governance framework, ensuring alignment with enterprise financial objectives and evolving regulatory requirements. The role will govern enterprise-wide application of U.S. GAAP, IFRS, and internal standards, proactively managing financial reporting risk and driving global consistency. It will define technical accounting positions for complex transactions, establish company-wide guidance, and oversee consolidated internal and external reporting. The Director also serves as the strategic liaison with internal and external auditors for U.S. GAAP audits and owns global accounting processes, leading standardization and transformation to improve accuracy and efficiency.
