Director, Group Reporting

About the Role

You’ll lead Group Reporting across a complex, multi‑jurisdictional business, owning consolidated financial statements, technical accounting, and disclosure readiness. This is a senior finance leadership role with direct exposure to auditors, external advisors, and executive leadership. You’ll build the reporting function to the highest standard while keeping day‑to‑day reporting tight across all markets.

Responsibilities

• Preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidated financial statements.
• Own the Group consolidation process including intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, non‑controlling interests, and cash flow statement preparation.
• Strengthen the reporting close calendar and analytical procedures to support accelerated reporting timelines.
