About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven, tech-forward leader to take full ownership of our Waterfall and Fee Calculation function. This is a build, scale, and transform mandate — not a maintenance role.

You will lead from the front, reimagining how waterfall, incentive, fees and performance are calculated, controlled, and delivered across a modern private markets platform. The ideal candidate combines deep domain expertise with a product and automation mindset, and brings a proven track record of delivering scalable, production-grade solutions — not just ideas or incremental improvements.
