Director Health Safety

Fireweed Metals is seeking a strategic and hands‑on Director, Health & Safety to lead and evolve our safety framework across exploration, drilling, camp, and early‑stage project development activities in remote northern Canada.

Reporting to the VP, Projects & Evaluations, this role will be instrumental in shaping a proactive safety culture as we transition from exploration toward development. You will design scalable systems, ensure regulatory compliance, and support safe, efficient field operations across a multi‑contractor environment.
