This role connects business priorities with people strategy by influencing decision-making, leading change, and advancing Stout’s culture of Relentless Excellence. The Director partners across the HR function to ensure strategic alignment and seamless delivery of solutions in talent management, total rewards, L&D, colleague experience, and workforce planning.
