Overview
Trintech is an award-winning, AI-driven Fintech SaaS organisation seeking a Director, Human Resources – EMEA. This role is based in London and will serve as the senior HR leader for the region, partnering with EMEA business leaders, employees and global HR leadership to drive people initiatives that support business growth, organisational effectiveness, and an exceptional employee experience across Europe. The Director will align EMEA people priorities with Trintech’s global people strategy while ensuring effective execution across a complex, multi‑country region.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the HR leader for the EMEA region, partnering with regional business leaders to align people strategies, programmes and resources with business priorities and organisational goals.
