Director, Identity & Access Management (IAM)

Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Director of Identity & Access Management (IAM) to lead and evolve our enterprise IAM program. This is a senior leadership role responsible for defining strategy, driving modernization, and overseeing day-to-day IAM operations across a complex, hybrid and cloud-based environment.
This leader will build, scale, and mentor high-performing teams of IAM engineers, developers, and analysts while partnering closely with Cybersecurity and Technology leadership to strengthen security, improve user experience, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Salary Range: $172,000-$225,000
