Overview

Executive Head of Infrastructure for Southern Europe West & Africa, responsible for leading commercial activities in the region, achieving short and long term sales goals, and driving Hempel’s Double Impact strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy to secure current customer growth and new customer acquisition.
• Partner with Commercial Excellence, Marketing, Key Account Management, and Solution Management to implement Double Impact strategy activities.
• Lead the activities across 10+ countries (France, Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Africa) ensuring the Sales Team meets financial and operating objectives.
• Manage profitability and legal signatory responsibilities for selected entities.
• Establish vision, review policies (pricing, product mix, brand portfolio) and refine strategies.
