Lead and own the ICFR program for India and coordinate with global ICFR leaders to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide control frameworks. Provide strategic direction and oversight for internal control design, risk assessment, documentation, and testing in compliance with SOX and COSO frameworks. Engage with executive leadership, process owners, and global finance teams to embed a strong control culture and risk-awareness mindset.
