Director - International Tax

We are supporting a leading Holding Group in the UAE in their search for a Director, International Tax to lead cross-border tax strategy and transaction support across a diverse global portfolio.

This is a senior, high-impact role with strong exposure to M&A, structuring, and strategic tax advisory, working closely with executive leadership on major investment decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead international tax strategy across global investments and operating entities
• Advise on cross-border structuring, tax treaties, transfer pricing, and permanent establishment risks
• Provide strategic tax input on acquisitions, divestments, JVs, restructurings, and new investments
• Manage tax due diligence and translate findings into commercial recommendations
