Job Description
Our client , a well-established M&A Advisory firm, is looking to hire a Director or Partner-level professional to lead and further build its M&A advisory offering.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and run end-to-end M&A advisory mandates , from origination through execution and closing.
- Act as deal captain on sell-side and buy-side processes, coordinating all internal and external stakeholders.
- Drive client origination and relationship management , working closely with senior leadership to grow revenues.
- Oversee transaction strategy, structuring, negotiation support, and key decision points.
- Provide senior oversight on financial analysis and materials, without being hands-on execution-focused.
- Build, manage, and mentor the M&A team; set execution standards and best practices.
