Our client is a rapidly growing software acquisition and operating company that acquires, builds, and supports vertical market software businesses.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary legal advisor to both corporate headquarters and a portfolio of software businesses across North America.
- Advise on a broad range of legal matters, including commercial contracts, procurement, employment, privacy, intellectual property, governance, disputes, compliance, and general corporate matters.
- Partner closely with senior leadership, including the General Counsel, on strategic and operational legal initiatives.
- Manage external counsel relationships across multiple jurisdictions and practice areas.
- Support legal onboarding and post-acquisition integration of newly acquired businesses.
