Director, Lifecycle Products

**Overview**

The People Operations team is seeking a **Director, Lifecycle Products** to help transform employee lifecycle experiences.

Our Lifecycle Products team designs and delivers end-to-end operational services and employee experiences. Our products support every candidate, employee, and manager at Microsoft as they are hired and onboard, as their roles and lives change throughout employment, and when they leave the company. As we enter an exciting phase of modernization, we are leveraging AI to enhance our experiences and increase agility in response to rapid change.

The person in this role will represent Lifecycle Products in managing and resolving complex issues, taking in new work and defining durable solutions, and leveraging our products in support of broader HR and company initiatives.
