Director Medical Services
Fixed Term Temporary Full Time (2-year contract with possibility of extension)
This is a critical leadership role responsible for the Medical Services and Clinical Governance across Central Highlands to meet organisational and community needs.
Working closely with the General Manager (GM) and Executive Director (ED) together with the Leadership team, you will be an authority on medical services for rural sites; as well as provide expert advice in resolving complex, clinical, medico legal, ethical, and operational challenges.
In addition to the clinical role which is that of a General Practitioner or a Rural Generalist, as a medical leader it is envisaged you will promote a quality improvement culture as a core member of the Central Highlands management team.
