Position overview

This is a senior market-facing consulting role focused on helping financial services clients reimagine how work gets done with AI. The Director will shape the sales cycle into compelling, commercially robust transformation engagements.

The role requires an experienced Director who can work with business leaders as well as technology, data, risk and change teams. The successful candidate will identify where AI can create measurable value, frame the case for change, shape the technical solution and lead the pursuit team through to a successful win.

This is not a technology sales role. It is a business transformation leadership role that uses AI as a catalyst to redesign work, improve performance and build confidence in practical, responsible adoption.
