Director North America Surface Transportation Commercial Center

C.H. Robinson is currently seeking a Director North America Surface Transportation who will be accountable for the overall performance of a commercial center and can be based in either Columbus, OH or Conshohocken, PA. As the Director, you will lead a team of approximately 200 employees through a leadership structure that includes 6+ direct reports, while overseeing a multimillion-dollar portfolio of customer relationships.

In this critical leadership role, you will own the center P&L, direct and coach the leadership team, and be responsible for translating enterprise priorities into measurable business results. In addition, you will ensure strong customer engagement, effective use of enterprise tools and capabilities, and a high-performing office environment.

This position may be located in either Columbus, OH or Conshohocken, PA.
