Key Accountabilities
Maximizes power generation and changes in station operational modesEnsures that the facility is operated in a safe, reliable and efficient manner, consistent with regulatory and administrative requirements as well as with applicable codes and standards.Ensures a sufficient number of trained and licensed personnel are available to operate the station in accordance with requirements.Sponsors and supports initiatives/goals for top decile performance when compared with others in the INPO/WANO metricsDevelopment and monitoring of Operations Department budgets.Establish Departmental goals and objectives in support of the Station’s Long Range Business plan and ensure associated activities are completed within the assumptions of the approved budgetEducation, Experience, & Skill Requirements
