Job Description
The Director OE Sales Commercial, APAC will define and lead the regional OE growth strategy, targeting leadership within premium brands and/or doubling SOM within five years, with full P&L accountability.
Job Duties / Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
+ Shape and translate global OE strategy into a differentiated regional roadmap, aligning market positioning, customer segmentation, and portfolio priorities to deliver AOP targets (volume, price, mix, EBIT, cash)
+ Own and strategically develop global and regional OEM partnerships, influencing long-term platform allocation, co-development opportunities, and share of wallet
+ Drive sustainable profitable growth, leading pricing strategy, margin expansion, pipeline quality, and robust forecasting discipline
+ Build and lead a high-performing OE organization, strengthening strategic capabilities across account management, engineering, and quality, and fostering a performance-driven culture
