Job Description
Manage the team of account managers to contribute and improve upon existing client communication and support, while assisting with the development of new initiatives aligned with company and client goals.
**Role and Responsibilities**
- Oversee Account Managers (AM) who provide proactive support to hotels on new & existing features.
- Create account strategies, develop materials, coordinate events, lead projects from conception to final execution, and provide support and direction.
- Training, motivate, and mentor staff to reach goals.
- Create incentive plans for AM in order to increase contract services of hotel clients.
- Work with multiple departments to meet the needs of our hotel client.
- Prepare (monthly, quarterly, and annual) progress reports on each AM. Establish progress reports on incentives and goals for upper management.
