Position Information Job Title Director of Accounting & Financial Reporting Summary The Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting serves as the primary steward of the University’s financial integrity. This role provides strategic oversight of all day-to-day fiscal operations, including consolidated financial reporting, complex audit management, and treasury functions. The Director ensures institutional compliance across the general ledger, endowment and grant accounting, debt service, and fixed assets, while managing the financial complexities of the University’s real estate portfolio and subsidiary entities. Duties and Responsibilities Financial Reporting & Audit Management

Lead the preparation of annual consolidated financial statements in accordance with GAAP; manage the external audit process, serving as the primary liaison between the University and independent auditors to ensure a timely, accurate, and “clean” opinion.
