Key Responsibilities Operations & InfrastructureOversee shared services including facilities management, transportation, insurance, and the acquisition/leasing of camps, yards, land, and offices.
Workforce Support & WelfareManage labor accommodations, camp operations, employee welfare programs, and retention initiatives.
