The Director of Advanced Practice Providers serves as a liaison between hospital administration and the medical staff to address the promote, advance and delineate the role of APPs within Albany Medical Center. The Director of Advanced Practice Providers is responsible for the leadership and oversight of nurse practitioners, physician assistants and other APPs within Albany Medical center. The Director of Advanced Practice Providers is tasked with the administrative functional and organizational components of APP practice for the institution. This involves multidisciplinary collaboration with all elements of Albany Medical Center Hospital.
