Director of Agency Channel Growth & Partnerships

Support the Agency Channel Head in driving overall growth and development of the Agency channel, assist in executing business development initiatives, supporting new agents’ recruitment / activation strategies, and monitoring training-related KPIs to strengthen agency productivity and capability

• Drive new business acquisitions and renewal retention while supporting the recruitment of new agents to promote and distribute Employee Benefits (EB) products.
• Provide administrative and operational support for day-to-day servicing of existing EB agents and clients.
• Conduct regular engagement sessions, meetings, and training programs to enhance agents’ product knowledge and sales capabilities.
• Prepare and submit weekly activities updates and production performance reports in timely manner.
• Ensure adherence to the Credit Control Procedure (CCP) and related internal policies.
