Job Description
Lead growth initiatives as Director of Business Development for a beverage manufacturing client in Ontario. In this entrepreneurial role, focus on opening doors and securing partnerships across Canada and the U.S.

This position requires 7+ years of experience in business development and requires strong negotiation skills and a robust industry network. You will be responsible for developing growth strategies and expanding market presence through strategic partnerships and relationships with key decision-makers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and secure national business opportunities across Canada and the U.S.
• Build strategic relationships with distributors and retailers
• Develop and execute distribution growth strategies
• Lead customer acquisition in various channels
• Negotiate commercial agreements for long-term partnerships
