Director of Clinical Services

As an experienced hospital operations or clinical leadership executive, you will be responsible for leading and improving performance across Lake Macquarie Private Hospital and Ramsay Surgical Centre Charlestown, within the Ramsay Newcastle Network of Hospitals. In this senior leadership role, you will ensure both sites operate safely, efficiently, and with a strong focus on high-quality, patient-centred care, while driving alignment and integration across services. You will provide clear operational leadership to multidisciplinary teams, building capability and accountability while improving patient flow, workforce effectiveness, and overall service delivery.
