The Director of Development (DoD) for the College of Science and Mathematics is responsible for building and leading a comprehensive development program with a focus on major, leadership, and principal gifts to support the initiatives of the assigned college and Tarleton State University. This position is expected to work closely with advancement leadership, the academic dean, and faculty to establish a robust philanthropic program within the college. The DoD is responsible for ensuring high standards of quality, productivity, consistency, and accuracy for all development-related information. The DoD is knowledgeable about and operates in compliance with all gift administration/tax policies and regulations.
