GameChange Solar (GCS), one of the largest US suppliers of solar racking and tracker systems, is seeking an experienced and strategic Engineering Director to lead our international project engineering function. We are looking for creative, intelligent, and driven professionals who want to make a positive impact on the planet. This role will drive the engineering strategy, execution excellence, and team development required to deliver utility‑scale solar projects in Europe and Latam. The Engineering Director will oversee regional engineering teams, optimize design processes, and ensure high‑quality, cost‑effective solutions across all project phases to final construction delivery. This role will be based in our Madrid Office.
