Director of Engineering

What you’ll be doing

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the Engineering department
• Ensure all hotel facilities, plant rooms, M&E systems, HVAC systems, and equipment are maintained to the highest operational standards
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and engineering procedures
• Lead, train, and motivate the engineering team to deliver efficient and reliable support services
• Monitor energy consumption and drive sustainability and cost-saving initiatives
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, fire life safety standards, and statutory requirements
• Manage vendor relationships, contractor works, and engineering projects
• Liaise with other departments to address operational issues and guest concerns promptly
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across engineering and facilities operations
