Position Summary The Director of Family, Children and Youth Services is responsible for the overall development, management and evaluation of all programs within the department, ensuring that they reflect the organization’s vision and values and that they adhere to all relevant standards. The Director will provide leadership to ensure that inclusive high-quality services are delivered with dignity and respect, honouring diversity. The Director’s responsibilities encompass all aspects of the department, including financial, human resources, contracts, and services management.
