Director Of Finance (Mexicali)

Description The Director of Finance/Controller is responsible for all accounting functions including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Cost Accounting, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, Payroll and Cash Management.
Key Responsibilities Drive timely, accurate, and complete submission of all financial data including annual budgeting of income statement and balance sheet, quarterly forecasting and monthly actual financials; understanding and explaining variances in performance to budgets and forecast to all levels of Management as well as advising on actions to achieve improved results.
Work with Plant Management teams to monitor and control expenses, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as required.
Track, validate and report cost savings and value creation projects to drive continuous cost improvements.
