JOB SUMMARY
The Director of Golf is responsible for leading the overall vision, culture and strategic direction of Amelia National Golf Club’s golf operations in alignment with the Club’s mission, service standards, and long term objectives. This role provides both strategic oversight and hands‑on leadership to ensure an exceptional golf experience for members and guests, consistently high service standards, strong financial performance, and compliance with Club policies and procedures.
Key responsibilities include staff leadership and development, tournament and instructional programming, retail and merchandising oversight, budgeting and variance explanation abilities, coordination with Golf Course Maintenance and Food & Beverage departments, and active representation of the club within the community and the golf industry.
