The Director of Governance will be responsible for ensuring that the Board operates effectively, within its powers, and in full accordance with legal, statutory and regulatory requirements. Working closely with the Chair, Principal and Chief Executive, and Senior Leadership Team, the postholder will provide clear, impartial advice on governance, constitutional, procedural and ethical matters affecting the Board, its committees and subsidiary companies.
