The Director of Health Sciences Research and Grants leads grant management for the DeBusk College of Osteopathic Medicine (DCOM) at Lincoln Memorial University, focusing on advancing the institutions mission and supporting underserved rural communities. This role involves grant acquisition, grant writing, budget management, and fostering collaborative research initiatives from state, federal, private agencies, and foundations. Required Qualifications *Masters degree; and *at least 5 years experience in grant writing and development work, preferably in higher education or health related field. Preferred Qualifications business training and experience; doctorate.
