Director of Hotel Operations

Reporting to the VP Operations, this position is responsible for all hotel operations of BCP. You are responsible for coordinating, standardizing and optimizing hotel operations that meet or exceed financial targets, guest satisfaction and employee experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

Include but are not limited to;

• Uphold and enhance the hotel operating standards and procedures through managing and coordinating with individual hotel General Managers;
• Develop and manage tactics that support the hotel strategy developed by BCP executives;
• Analyze and monitor hotel operating costs and work with hotel General Managers to optimize them;
• Analyze and monitor hotel guest satisfaction scores and work with hotel General Managers to optimize them;
