Job Description
The Director of Human Resources for Data Center Services (DCS) is responsible for leading and overseeing HR operations across a geographically dispersed workforce supporting multiple customer and Arvato facilities throughout the United States. The Director partners closely with the VP of Data Center Services to align workforce strategy with operational demands. A critical focus is executing recruiting strategies to meet labor needs and ensuring compensation is competitive across diverse labor markets. YOUR TASKS
