JOB DESCRIPTION
The Director of IT Operations first and foremost is a high-level departmental leader who develops and maintains the infrastructure department’s strategic road map, ensuring that infrastructure capabilities continually support the overall business’s goals and objectives.
The Director of IT Operations will be responsible for leading a team of system and database administrators to securely deploy and host our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform across multiple cloud environments.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the oversight of a business-critical production platform, including the ability to balance the risks, costs, and value of software deployment, configuration, and operation.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Continually review and improve policies and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient IT change management capability.
