Under the direction of the Executive Director of Operations and the Chief Nursing Officer, the Director of Labor & Delivery provides strategic, clinical, and operational leadership for the inpatient Labor and Delivery units on the First Hill campus.
This role is accountable for delivering results aligned with the Quadruple Aim while advancing a patient-centered, high-reliability care model.
