The Position
The Director of Laboratory Services will oversee and manage all laboratory research and development initiatives with a deep understanding of policy and procedures. This Director will be instrumental in facilitating both clinical and administrative functions throughout the department including testing accuracy, reporting, and compliance to ensure optimal patient care. This leader will focus on driving strategic initiatives related to positioning the lab for future success. They will evaluate the current testing menu to determine areas for improvement and increased efficiency.
