Director of Luxury Facilities & Engineering

Cambium is seeking a Director of Facilities Management & Engineering for their ultra-luxury development in Baja California Sur, Mexico. In this position, you will oversee operational performance, maintenance, and stewardship of luxury residences and amenities, ensuring exceptional service standards.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership in luxury environments, strong facilities management skills, and knowledge of MEP systems. Fluency in both English and Spanish is required for effective communication in this role.
