We are seeking a
Director of Maintenance (DOM)
to provide strong leadership and oversight of our maintenance team while ensuring full compliance with Transport Canada Civil Aviation (TCCA)
requirements.
Position Summary The Director of Maintenance is responsible for the
management, supervision, and performance of the maintenance organization , ensuring the continued airworthiness of both
rotary‑and fixed‑wing aircraft . This senior leadership role requires a hands‑on, people‑focused manager who can set standards, mentor staff, and work closely with operations during high‑tempo aerial spray seasons.
Key Responsibilities Leadership & Team Supervision
Lead, supervise, and mentor AMEs, apprentices, and maintenance support personnel
Build a professional, accountable, and safety‑focused maintenance team
