Director of Maintenance

A prominent manufacturer in the rail industry is seeking a General Manager of Maintenance in the Toronto, Ontario area. Candidates Must Have: 10+ years of management responsibility in a rail car maintenance environment. Thorough knowledge of railroad operating procedures. Experience managing a rail maintenance team with greater than 300 employees. Thorough knowledge of passenger rail system maintenance procedures. Locomotive engineering experience is highly preferred for this role. Experience providing maintenance for third party fleet contracts.
