Director of Marketing (Nursing Home)

Aspen Hills Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, part of the Ocean Healthcare Network, is seeking an experienced Director of Marketing position at Aspen Hills post-acute care center located in Pemberton New Jersey. This opportunity to join one of the most respected post-acute provider organizations in New Jersey is open to an experienced hospital-based liaison to manage the referral flow from its primary referring hospitals, support, maintain, and further develop the relationships with the hospital-based teams. This includes Social Work, Case Management, Physicians, Population Health, ACO / Shared Savings Program Teams, and other hospital stakeholders.
