Director of Product Management – Phone Numbers Team Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Twilio's phone numbers products.
Responsibilities Develop and drive the strategy and roadmap for Twilio's phone number products, aligning with global growth strategy and regulatory requirements.
Lead a global team of product managers, mentor them to succeed in building and executing on the vision.
Collaborate cross‐functionally with GTM, Legal, and other Communications Product teams to align on market opportunities.
Launch innovative phone number products from the infrastructure layer upward and lead critical new initiatives that open up new markets.
Work closely with engineering, sales, and customer teams to understand customer needs and build products that solve those needs at scale.
Qualifications Minimum of 10+ years experience in Product Management or related roles building customer‐facing cloud products for businesses or developers.
