Description
The Director of Non-Discrimination Initiatives oversees the College’s compliance efforts with Title IX, Title VI, Title VII and the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) section 504 , NCAA membership compliance, other College policies, and related state and federal laws. This includes leading and/or coordinating investigations; developing, implementing, and monitoring programs and training that foster a culture of prevention and reporting around civil rights matters. This position has a dual reporting line to the Vice President for Campus Life and Community Engagement and the Director of Human Resources.
Actual salaries will vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to degrees attained, experience, and other considerations permitted by law. Comprehensive compensation details, including any additional benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
