We're searching for a high-caliber Director of Operations to lead and scale a rapidly growing convenience store platform operating across Arkansas, Tennessee, Wisconsin, and Michigan. If you've built operational systems from the ground up, thrive in fast-moving acquisition environments, and know how to develop leaders while holding the line on standards — this is the opportunity you've been waiting for.

Compensation: $115,000–$125,000 base | 20% performance bonus | Full benefits

Chicago, Milwaukee, or Memphis area candidates strongly preferred due to geographic footprint.
