**Job Summary**

The Director of Operations Electric Transmission Texas (ETT) is responsible for the Operations of ETT assets which include capital project development through construction of assets and the operations, maintenance and compliance of the assets once placed into service. ETT has approximately $4.2 Billion in total investment of assets in service and under construction.

The Director of Operations ETT is responsible for managing transmission business activities including: project development, managing integration of joint venture's projects, annual business plans strategic recommendations, business tactics, operational and financial improvement and general management and implementation of contractual commitments of the AEP transmission joint venture.
