Overview We are seeking a seasoned, hands-on Director of Operations to serve as the strategic and functional backbone of our business. We are a woman-owned, USDA Organic tea company specializing in a unique line of bagless, pressed teas. This is a high-impact role for an entrepreneurial leader who thrives in a small-team environment and is ready to own the demand planning, supply chain, and financial operations oversight for a growing CPG brand. This is not a purely supervisory role; you will be in the systems daily, driving continuity across a lean operation in an active growth and profitability phase.
Work Structure & Requirements
- Type: Part-Time, Independent Contractor.
- Hours: 25–30 hours per week.
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, PST business hours.
